About This Exhibition
For over 200 years the diverse art practices of RBSA Members and Associates have been displayed in an annual exhibition. The exhibition demonstrates the high standard of work produced by our Members, Associates, and Graduate Artists.
Members, Associates, Graduate Artists, and Honorary Members are given exclusive access to exhibit in the show.
The Society currently has 126 Members, 58 Associates, and 15 Graduate Members.
Members and Associates may exhibit up to three artworks, Graduate Artists may exhibit one. All artists are only permitted to exhibit one work with any dimension over 100cm when framed. For any works larger than 150cm across any dimension, there should be a discussion with Simon Conolly, Honorary Curator, following submission.
As always, the aim is to hang every artwork submitted. However, if the number of artworks submitted exceeds the gallery space available, we may need to limit numbers. We therefore ask all Members and Associates to add artwork to Typeform in order of preference; i.e. Artwork 1 is first choice to be included, Artwork 2 is second choice, Artwork 3 is the work to be left out if there is not enough space. If numbers do need to be limited, selection of third artworks to be displayed will be made anonymously and at random.
A catalogue featuring all works will be published alongside the exhibition.

- Exhibition on display: Thursday 20 November – Saturday 3 January

How to Enter
Entry to the exhibition is via the online form listed above.
Before entering, please ensure that you have read and understood everything outlined in the exhibition pack, and that your work adheres to our terms and conditions.

- One entry, £13
- Two entries, £26

Payments
- Payment can be made using the links below.
- Card payments can be taken at the Gallery or over the phone.
- Please phone the Gallery to pay over the phone if you are under 35 and eligible for the 50% discount.
- All entry fees must be paid by Tuesday 14 October, 4pm otherwise work will not be included in the exhibition.
- Please note that all entry fees are non-refundable.
- Free for RBSA Honorary Members and Graduate Artists.
- In the event that you pay for three works but only two are displayed, a refund to the value of one work will be given.
Images of artwork
When submitting artwork, please ensure that photographs of the work are at least 2000 pixels across the smallest dimension and 300dpi in resolution. Image files must be JPG.
