Special Open Day – Botanical Art Worldwide 2025

We are delighted to invite you to join us at the RBSA Gallery this Sunday, 18 May, to celebrate Botanical Art Worldwide 2025.

Initiated and coordinated by the American Society of Botanical Artists, the event is being celebrated in over 30 countries, and we are thrilled to be hosting the UK’s contribution from the Association of Botanical Artists, Looking Back For Our Future.

The Gallery will open at 10.30am on Sunday and there is a day full of events for visitors to enjoy:

10.30am Demonstration by ABA artist Elanor Wexler 
11.00am Gallery tour with exhibition judge Helen Allen, Head of the Chelsea School of Botanical Art, botanical artist, teacher, and RHS judge
12.00pm Drinks and nibbles will be served.
12.30pm Welcome from Ed Isaacs PRBSA, newly elected President of the RBSA, and official opening of Worldwide Day of Botanical Art 2025 in the UK by Elaine Allison, President of the ABA
2.00pm Gallery tour with an ABA judge, Martin Allen, award winning botanical artist, teacher of botanical art, and ecologist
