About Studio Ina
Studio Ina is a studio run by Susie Andrews. Her characteristic style combines precious metals, making pieces that can be worn with anything.
After attending Birmingham School of Jewellery, Susie Andrews set up her own workshop where she mainly works with precious metals. Inspiration comes from many places for Susie. Having studied marine biology and having had a former job in cellular pathology Susie is inspired by forms found in nature, from water droplets to molecular formations.
Importantly for Susie, she wants her jewellery to be individual, minimal and wearable for the everyday. Sterling silver is Susie’s main material and she often combines precious metals by incorporating hammered gold foil to create texture, or gold granulation which creates almost cellular forms.
