About the maker:
Claire creates her designs from her garden studio in Exmouth, Devon. The small space is styled with yellows and greys and offers Claire a sanctuary away from her busy home life with 3 children. Each piece of jewellery is made by hand from silver wire and sheet and some with the addition of resin ( a type of plastic).
Claire has been designing and making jewellery since 2005, she has mastered the use of silver and resin to create unique and wearable jewellery.
Her resin collection grew quite simply from a pot of mustard yellow resin pigment and a teardrop shape in silver. The collection has continued to grow and develop to create a collection of mixed media contemporary jewellery. Grey resin and silver pieces have joined the collection to compliment the yellow resin and oxidised silver designs.
