About This Exhibition
The RBSA Small Works Exhibition is open to RBSA Members, Associates, Graduate Artists, and Honorary Members only, and is intended as a starting point for those visitors wishing to embark upon building an art collection. All of the work entered must be under 45cm in all dimensions, including the frame if applicable, and be priced at no more than £500.
All styles and media are eligible for this exhibition, including photography and digital work.
Artists may submit up to four artworks with two works guaranteed to be included. If there is sufficient space, additional works may also be hung, these works will be selected at random to ensure impartiality.

Entry to the exhibition is via the online form listed above.
Before entering, please ensure that you have read and understood everything outlined in the exhibition pack, and that your work adheres to our terms and conditions.
Display Fees
- 2D works £10 per entry
- 3D works £5 per entry
Payments
- Payment of display fees can be made once artists have been notified of which work has been selected.
- Payment buttons will appear on this page below.
- Card payments can be taken at the Gallery or over the phone, the Gallery is open Tuesday – Saturday 10.30am – 5.00pm.
- Please phone the Gallery to pay over the phone if you are under 35 and eligible for the 50% discount.
- All display fees must be paid by Friday 1 May, 4.00pm otherwise work will not be included.
- Please note that all display fees are non-refundable.
- Free for RBSA Honorary Members and Graduate Artists.
Images of artwork
When submitting artwork, please ensure that photographs of the work are at least 2000 pixels across the smallest dimension and 300dpi in resolution. Image files must be JPG.
