Down Our Street craft exhibition

21 January — 26 April 2013

Exploring living environments, ‘Down our Street’ offers an insight into the day-to-day observations of contemporary designer makers and the methods they use to capture interaction between people and their surroundings. The craft on display will stimulate thinking about cities, our roles within them and the sense of belonging they evoke. Work on display includes Lucy Harding’s framed textile illustrations inspired by her milk round, Lucianna Gallucci’s fun ceramic vessels and Sarah Brown’s contemporary glassware exploring everyday life.
