Lynda Kettle
After studying at Stourbridge Art College and Birmingham College of Art and Design, Lynda worked as a stage and costume designer for the theatre. She then pursued a career, initially as an Art Director and then as a Production Designer, at the BBC. Credits include Angels, Howard’s Way and 2 Point 4 Children. Lynda now has a studio at the Stoke Prior Craft Centre and runs art workshops. She has exhibited at various galleries including Heywood Gallery and Nuneaton Museum and Art Gallery. She is a member of numerous initiatives including Women in Rural Enterprise and the Birmingham Watercolour Society. She is currently Prize Co-ordinator at the RBSA. Lynda’s dramatic flair produces paintings with colour, clarity and detail. Themes include the natural environment, travel and the theatre.
