Lynn  Jeffery

Lynn was born in Liverpool and studied Print and Photography. She has had a successful career in teaching and worked in Merseyside and the West Midlands. She was elected as an associate of the RBSA in 2003, and as a member in 2006. She is a member of several arts societies and exhibits regularly in Shrewsbury, Dudley and Derby. Lynn’s main mediums are photography and prints. She has always been aware of her surroundings and has built up a large collection of photographs reflecting this. Some of these are incorporated into her prints. Lynn believes that art should respond to the world around us and record changes in society. She is especially inspired by heritage, old buildings and monumental masonry. Lynn enjoys producing uniques pieces of work by overlaying and piecing together objects and images. She takes inspiration from The Black Country, Liverpool and Birmingham.
