Paul Brown

Paul Brown

Since studying at Liverpool School of Art, Paul has been a practicing artist working primarily in sculpture with clay, plaster and card. He was elected as an associate of the RBSA in 2005 and as a full member in 2009. He has held exhibitions at the Custard Factory and Midlands Art Centre and regularly teaches adult and school classes and workshops. Paul’s work is predominantly figurative. Often, the figure acts as an allegorical tool for storytelling. It is very important to Paul that his work remains accessible to everyone. His pieces are a journey of continual improvement and honing of an individual style. He loves the malleability, changeability and emotiveness of clay.
