Your own exhibition at the RBSA Gallery!

The RBSA Gallery offers two spacious and versatile first and second floor gallery spaces for hire.  These can be hired individually by artists or groups of artists for their own exhibitions, subject to approval of the work by the RBSA’s Exhibition Planning Group.

The RBSA Gallery offers an unusual and creative space for meetings and events, ranging from a private breakfast tour, through to an intimate evening drinks reception, with every event held alongside our exhibitions of original works of art. 

Our Gallery space is available for hire for your meetings or events on Sunday mornings until 12noon, in the evenings from 5.30pm and occasionally in the daytime.


Corporate: £250 + VAT per day or part day between 10.00am and 5.00pm.
Charity/Community Group: £150 + VAT per day or part day between 10.00am and 5.00pm.

Corporate: £500 + VAT per evening from 5.30 to 9.00pm.
Charity/Community Group: £250 + VAT per evening from 5.30 to 9.00pm.


Projector hire is available at a rate of £50 per session with a £100 deposit.


Due to fire safety regulations, we can have 30 people in upper-floor gallery 2 for seated events (e.g. talks) and 60 people per upper floor galleries 1 and 2 for standing events (e.g. exhibition viewings). For standing events that include speeches and will have more than 60 attendees in total (e.g. exhibition private view across both upper floors galleries 1 and 2), the speeches need to be on the ground floor. 


Hot and cold drinks and biscuits can be provided at £4.50 per head + VAT.
We are happy to supply other refreshments for your event, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Free guided tour!

We would be delighted to include a free  introductory tour of the Gallery led by one of our members of staff or  artists!  This would take around 15 minutes and could be a great ice-breaker to launch your event.
